Babatunde G. Okuleye, M.D., M.B.A. obtained his medical degree from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. He completed residency training in general psychiatry at the University of Chicago and fellowship training in forensic psychiatry at the Isaac Ray Center at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Okuleye is a consultant to the Isaac Ray Forensic Group, and the Chief Psychiatric Officer at Correctional Healthcare Companies. He is Suboxone Certified for the treatment of opioid dependence and has training in the treatment of sex offenders.

Specialty areas of practice include correctional psychiatry, addictions, forensic evaluation of mentally disordered offenders, risk assessment of violent and sexual offenders, emotional damage claims in civil cases, and fitness for duty examinations. Dr. Okuleye maintains an active clinical practice providing pharmacologic intervention and management to individuals with mood, anxiety and substance use disorders.
